Scheduling Your Pickup

Once your order has been processed, please text us at 206-883-4166 to arrange a pickup time in normal business hours:  Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM. 

Pickup Time

Please adhere strictly to the pickup time arranged during booking. If you're unable to make it, kindly inform us at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled pickup time.

No-Show

If you fail to show up for your scheduled pickup without prior notification, the fish will be returned to inventory and your payment will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.

Day of Pickup

 

Please have your order confirmation email handy when you arrive.

Our pickup location is at Bellevue downtown QFC's parking lot at: 2636 Bellevue Way NE, Bellevue, WA 98004.

Please note that there are two QFCs at Bellevue downtown, this is the 2636 one, not the one at 8th street!

Checking Your Order

Before you leave, take a moment to verify your order. If there are any issues with the fish, alert us immediately. We strive to ensure all our Betta fish are healthy and well-cared for, and want you to be fully satisfied with your new pet.

Care After Pickup

Ensure you have the necessary items to transport your Betta fish safely back to your home. The temperature inside the bag should be maintained, and the bag should be kept upright to prevent stress to the fish.
